General Terms and Conditions of teadaydreams
§1 General provisions
(1) The following General Terms and Conditions apply to all contracts between us (teadaydreams - responsible person: Karin Paul) and a consumer in the version valid at the time of the order.
(2) A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside his trade, business or profession.
§2 Conclusion of a contract, storage of the contract text

(3) With the presentation of the goods in our online shop, we submit a legally non-binding offer to the consumer to purchase the goods. By ordering the desired goods, the consumer makes a binding offer to conclude a purchase contract.
(4) The ordering process in the online shop is as follows:

Click on the "Proceed to checkout" button
Entry of your name, address details, telephone number and e-mail address
Selection of shipping and payment method
Binding purchase of the order by clicking on the "Place order" button (or "Continue to PayPal" if this payment method is selected).
Before submitting the binding order, the consumer can return to the website on which the customer's details are recorded and correct input errors or cancel the order process by closing the internet browser by pressing the "Back" button. We confirm receipt of the order immediately by means of an automatically generated e-mail ("order confirmation"). With this we accept your offer.
Order processing is partly automated by e-mail. You must ensure that the e-mail address you have provided to us is correct, that the receipt of e-mails is technically ensured and, in particular, that it is not prevented by SPAM filters.
Storage of the contract: We will send you the order details and our Terms and Conditions by email. You can also access the Terms and Conditions at any time at https://www.teadaydreams.com/agb For security reasons, your order data are no longer accessible via the Internet.
§3 Prices, shipping costs, payment, due date
(1) Since “teadaydreams – Karin Paul” is a small business within the meaning of § 6 para. 1 no. 27 of the Austrian VAT Act (UStG), the prices listed do not include VAT. In accordance with this regulation, no VAT will be charged. The prices are final prices excluding any applicable shipping costs. keine Umsatzsteuer. (2) The consumer has the option of paying by EPS, PayPal, credit or debit card or by direct bank transfer.
(3) If the consumer has chosen to pay by direct bank transfer, he agrees to pay the purchase price immediately after conclusion of the contract.
§4 Delivery
(1) Unless we have clearly stated otherwise in the product description, all items offered by us are ready for dispatch immediately. Delivery will be made within 14 working days at the latest. In the case of payment by direct bank transfer, the period for delivery begins on the day after the payment order is sent to the authorised bank and for all other payment methods on the day after the contract is concluded. If the deadline falls on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday at the place of delivery, the deadline shall end on the next working day.
(2) The risk of accidental loss and accidental deterioration of the item sold shall not pass to the buyer until the item is handed over to the buyer.
(3) If the goods are unavailable due to force majeure or product discontinuation, or if we are unable to procure the products under reasonable conditions, there shall be no obligation to deliver. We are also not responsible for delays caused by events such as strikes, official orders, or similar circumstances.
§5 Retention of title
(1) We reserve title to the goods until the purchase price has been paid in full.

CANCELLATION POLICY
You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the goods.

- by means of a clear statement (e.g. via email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract.
Consequences of cancellation
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive notice of your withdrawal.
For the reimbursement, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. No fees will be charged for the reimbursement.
We may refuse to refund you until we have received the returned goods or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earliest.
You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any case within fourteen days at the latest from the day on which you inform us of the cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if you dispatch the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.
