A tea tasting requires preparation and organisation, into which a great deal of care is put. We therefore ask for your understanding regarding the following conditions:

Booking & Cancellation Conditions

By booking a tea tasting, your place is firmly reserved. After payment has been made the booking is non-refundable.

However, you can:

• transfer your place to another person. Please inform us before the event.
• Your can reschedule to another tea tasting date up to 1 day before the event. This is subject to availability.

In the event of a no-show or late cancellation, no refund or rescheduling is possible.

Should the tea tasting be cancelled on our part, you can of course either choose an alternative date or receive a full refund of the amount already paid.
