Picked at the first awakening of spring and gently dried on bamboo racks, this delicate tea has a very special character. Its aromas unite in a balance of lightness and depth and the fresh taste develops a clearer sweetness with each infusion.
Like morning dew, this tea combines a refreshing clarity with the profound energy of a new beginning.
Through ageing for several years this tea transforms into Moon Dew - developing a completely new, unrivalled depth.
