Layers of Memory

Jin-Jun-Mei-style processing (a famous black tea from Fujian, China) meets 600-year-old tea trees in the north of Vietnam. The elaborate and finely tuned production method extracts an exceptionally sweet aroma from the leaves, with notes of ripe fruit and a multifaceted flavour profile that is somewhat reminiscent of rum or herbal liqueur. Warming and earthy – an absolute soul-soother.

Black tea can also benefit from aging. Layers of Memory has been developing its flavour profile since 2023 and is gaining depth and character with each year.
