Highland Sunrise

Sheng Pu-erh with a little twist: For this very special raw fermented tea, the Sheng-style processing is creatively enhanced with a few tricks from oolong production: Additional shaking and extended withering remove the sharpness often typical of young Shengs, transforming it into a floral, deep sweetness.

Within moments, the leaves in your cup transform into a rich, golden soup, reminiscent of the warm light of a sunrise over misty mountains. Little bitterness and fragrant notes reminding of dew-kissed mountain meadows and honey create a tea with a gentle yet distinct and long-lasting Cha Qi.

Year of production: 2025 – the tea is also suitable for further storage. For easier storage, this tea is pressed into round shapes.
